My favourite snack shop is Joe & The Juice. It’s all over Copenhagens coolest areas and now expanding across Europe. Simple concept. Fresh fruit and vegetables in the smoothies and the sandwiches made at the bar and great coffee to go. You can definitely get this treat elsewhere. So what’s different? The juicers are. And a lot of other things. Joe & The Juice is a strong case study in staging the brand as a person and delivering attractive emotional and self-expressive benefits to the consumers. The bars are only placed in the cool areas of a big city with matching unique raw casual interior decorating fitting the raw juice ingredients. The juicers are set up at the bar not just making but ”performing” the juices as were they celeb DJ’s entertaining a hip summer crowd in Ibiza. All are cast as good looking, but more as in having a unique look and outgoing personality in a laid back manner than the perfect model look. They are all skateboard/surf + creative but still sweet personas. Best urban boyfriend potential around. I’m sure the DJ Juicers get more sex, Joe cashes in and I’m getting full in a healthy way. Everyone’s happy.
