The future CEO is the Creative Executive Officer

In my opinion the only way to start up your company's creative revolution is for the CEO to think of her/himself as the Creative Executive Officer. The new kind of CEO need to lead the creative processes in the company. You need to secure the motivation and drive for performing the business creativity inside your company. You need to secure the creative freedom in your company and move your employees towards becoming fearless of suggesting strongly differentiated ideas. You need to organize the business creativity into fast moving creative projects. And last but not least you need to recruit and educate the strongest creative mind.
