Are you an ideachief, ideamaker, ideafacilitator, ideaseller, ideateller, ideatactic, ideacoordinator or ideaexecutor? If you aren’t taking care of any of the ideastuff, you will be out of job very soon my friend. It has become time to launch the ideachain of command. No brand, no company will survive without becoming way more creative and more innovative than they are today. And your job is on the line. If your brand can’t hold on to or expand it’s value in the turbulent affluent society by doing best-pracise and business-as-usual, then how should you be able to hold on to your job by being part of this simple repetitive culture. You know by the end of the day, it’s the disloyal self-obsessed consumers searching professionally for the best brand option, that decides whether you’ve got a job or not. If you arent concerned about leading, creating, facilitating, selling, communicating, co-ordinating or executing ideas that are able to grab the consumers attention, excite them and fulfill their constantly expanding and changing needs, they simply won’t be part of writing your paycheque. So join the ideachain of command, before it’s to late.
